CMC Vellore has requested the police to research the ragging incident

The Christian Medical College in Tamil Nadu’s Vellore has suspended seven senior medical college students after an unverified video surfaced on social media suggesting ragging involving sexual harassment.

The faculty has sought an intensive police investigation and the police enquiry is underway.

A 1.52-minute video that NDTV could not independently confirm exhibits what seems to be males of their briefs doing push-ups on a garden, whereas water is being sprayed on just a few others from what seems to be like a hose.
