Services on the out-patient departments (OPDs) of presidency hospitals in Karnal had been hit as medical doctors went on a three-hour strike on Saturday, towards the chargesheet on 5 medical doctors in Karnal, Rohtak, Jhajjar and Charkhi Dadri.
