When we formed a government in Delhi, we waived all old electricity bills; in Punjab too, our government was formed in March and we waived all electricity bills till December 31. In Rajasthan too, we will waive all (domestic) electricity bills till last month (August) and you’ll stop getting electricity bills and also get electricity for free,” Kejriwal mentioned.
On training, he mentioned, “I am taking the responsibility of ensuring good and free education for your children. No party would come and say this, but I am taking the responsibility of your children. We will end the loot of private schools. For the last 7-8 years, we haven’t allowed private schools in Delhi to hike their fees. They collect picnic charges, development charges, library charges … They are looting. We will stop all of this.”
He mentioned that authorities colleges in Rajasthan will likely be made as “magnificent as Delhi’s government schools. Delhi’s schools are so good that 4 lakh students have shifted from big private ones to government schools. And 1,300 government school students have passed exams like (for) IIT to become engineers and doctors.”
He added that each one non permanent lecturers will likely be regularised “and they will only teach, not work in population enumeration, elections, etc.”
He additionally gave a assure of ‘good healthcare for every member of family’.

I have been running a government for 7-8 years and I have learnt one thing, no government has a dearth of money, what is missing is intention,” he mentioned, including that “AAP is an honest, nationalist and patriotic party and every moment of our lives is dedicated to this country.”
