Fox Entertainment CEO Charlie Collier will be giving the keynote presentation at this year’s MIPCOM Cannes, which runs from October 17 to 20.
Taking place on the first day of the market, Collier’s address is part of MIPCOM’s series of Media Mastermind sessions that feature global executives and creatives from the TV industry speaking to the most pressing and pertinent issues in the field.
“With nearly four decades as one of the television industry’s most significant annual exchanges of ideas and opportunities, MIPCOM never fails to drive conversation and guide our industry’s agenda. It’s an honor to participate as a keynote speaker this year,” Collier said in a release.
As head of Fox Entertainment since 2018, Collier (pictured) oversees and drives the overall creative and commercial vision for all the studio’s labels, including the scripted divisions Fox Entertainment Studios and MarVista Entertainment, and the unscripted wings Fox Alternative Entertainment and culinary and lifestyle brand Studio Ramsay Global. The entertainment platform TMZ and AVOD service Tubi also fall within Collier’s purview.

According to MIPCOM, over 10,000 delegates from 40 countries are expected to attend the October market, reflecting the back-to-business-as-usual mindset also evident in such recent industry events as the Realscreen Summit in Dana Point, California and La Rochelle’s Sunny Side of the Doc conference.
