JACKSON TWP. – Jerzee’s Sports Grille at 5260 Dressler Road NW sold Tuesday night’s winning Lucky Numbers jackpot ticket worth $888,130, according to an Ohio Lottery news release.
That ticket holder has won the biggest Lucky Numbers jackpot since the game launched Sept. 20, 2020, the release said. The second-largest jackpot was $390,583, and that ticket was sold June 22 at Kroger in Maineville.
“I had the bartender text me last night … we’re on a roll,” said owner Christopher Maggiore. Another Jerzee’s Sports Grille he owns, on Fulton Road in Canton, sold a $1.4 million jackpot on the Ohio Lottery’s Twenty 20s progressive game in April 2018.
Lucky Numbers is a progressive jackpot game with three price points. If you play the $20 ticket, you have a chance to win the entire jackpot. With the $10 ticket, you can win 50% of the jackpot, and with the $5 ticket, you get a shot a 25% of the jackpot.
