Mysuru, September 7:- The Mysuru City Corporation (MCC) on Monday (September 7), in a circular, has stated that parks and sports grounds in its jurisdiction have been allowed to re-open for the people to walk and resume jogging.
The parks, sports grounds and indoor stadiums in the city were closed for the public in view of Covid-19 induced lockdown to contain the spread of the pandemic.
The MCC has appealed to the citizens who are visiting the parks and sports grounds for their morning or evening walks to follow government norms which were issued in the wake of Covid-19 pandemic. People have been advised to wear face masks, maintain physical distance and sanitise their hands whenever necessary. (NAV, HN)
