Rachin Khanijo has been appointed as marketing head of Sony Entertainment Television.

Prior to this, Khanijo was the chief marketing officer at Beginnen Media.

In a career spanning over 17 years, Khanijo has held various positions in prominent media houses in the country. He was the vice president of marketing at Eros Now. He was also part of the team that launched Colors. He also served as head – marketing of Hindi GEC Azaad TV at Beginnen Media.

Khanijo has also worked with organisations and brands like Ogilvy & Mather, AXN, Worldwide Media and ZEEL.

Ankur has gained over 15 years of experience, working with agencies such as Lintas, JWT, Hakuhodo, FCB Ulka and Dentsu Impact.
