Sparta High School is deciding to postpone fall activities beginning Thursday, Sept. 24 through next Wednesday while also moving to virtual instruction beginning Sept. 28, activities director John Blaha told News 8 Now Sports Wednesday night.
That will effectively upcoming contests like Sparta’s football opener on Friday against Tomah. Blaha and head football coach Adam Dow said some discussions are taking place Thursday morning.
A potential rescheduling of the historic rivalry is likely to be part of those discussions.
