Young individuals aged 13 to 16 in Brimbank can have the chance to satisfy new individuals, play a spread of sports activities and become involved in different enjoyable actions due to a brand new free, drop-in program run by the Western Bulldogs Community Foundation.  

Run in partnership with Victoria University Community and Brimbank Youth Services, the after-school initiative will run on the VU Sunshine Trade Campus Basketball Courts in Sunshine North, and can kick off on December 1st from 3:30pm. 

Delivered each Thursday from 3:30pm to five:30pm in December and Term 1, this system will enable younger individuals from the world to make new pals, play sports activities together with basketball, soccer and Aussie Rules, and learn to cook dinner wholesome meals and snacks. Participants are welcome to attend at any time throughout the session, with no prior registration wanted. 

Western Bulldogs Community Foundation Youth and School Programs Manager, Hannah Singleton, is happy concerning the initiative. 

“We are trying ahead to working this program for the younger individuals of Brimbank, offering a enjoyable and secure surroundings for them to have interaction in a spread of actions after college. 

“Everyone is welcome, we’re going to have a lot of fun.”

Location: VU Sunshine Trade Campus Basketball Courts, 438/460 Ballarat Road, Sunshine North 

Time: 3:30- 5:30pm 

Dates: Thursday December 1st, 8th and 15th 2022 and each Thursday from Term 1 (February) 2023
