STAMFORD — The Connecticut chapter of the Global Organization of People of Indian Origin has joined arms with Stamford City and Mill River Collaborative to host a competition in to commemorate Indian Independence at Mill River Park.

After a flag-raising ceremony on the authorities middle, Mill River Park was the scene of enjoyable and household gatherings, with kite flying, colourful folks and classical — and Bollywood — dances, music and distributors for Indian meals, Indian arts and crafts, Indian clothes and different objects.
