For the filling

1) Mashed boiled potatoes – 1 cup

2) Coriander leaves (chopped) – 1 tablespoon

3) Chilli Flakes – 1 tablespoon

4) Sesame seeds – 1 tablespoon

5) Cumin seeds – 1/2 tablespoon

6) Kashmiri purple chilli powder – 1/4 tablespoons

7) Turmeric powder – 1/4 tablespoon

For the tadka

1) Green chillies (finely chopped)

2) Curry leaves

3) mustard seeds

4) Sesame seeds – 1 tablespoon

5) Chilli flakes – 1 tablespoon
