Chocolate Lassi Recipe –
Serving – 2
Ingredients –
2 cups curd
2-3 cups water
2 tbsp cocoa powder (chocolate powder)
4 tbsp sugar (or as per your taste preference)
2 tbsp grated chocolate of your choice
Method –
Step 1 – Grind the sugar thoroughly to make fine powdered sugar.
Step 2 – Blend together curd, powdered sugar, water and cocoa powder.
Step 3 – Pour the chocolate lassi in glasses and garnish with chocolate shaving and some more cocoa powder.
There’s no way the kids will refuse this lassi brimming with their favourite chocolate flavour. You can also use chocolate syrup in addition to cocoa powder for extra chocolatey drink. To make it sugar-free, you can skip adding sugar or replace it with honey or jaggery. Enjoy this luscious and delicious lassi. Caution – You’ll have to make it over and over again.
