PARKERSBURG — Westbrook Health Services will open Exodus, a residential substance use disorder treatment facility, on Monday, Aug. 31.
Described as “a drug- and alcohol-free residential treatment environment for recovering adult males,” Exodus is at Westbrook North in the 2600 block of Dudley Avenue in Parkersburg. The facility can house a dozen clients and aims to help them build life skills to reintegrate into the community, Westbrook said in a news release.
A ribbon-cutting is planned for 5:30 p.m. Monday at the facility. Those attending are asked to wear masks and practice social distancing. The Chamber of Commerce of the Mid-Ohio Valley will live stream the event on its Facebook page.
