KOLKATA: Hanshi Premjit Sen, the president of Karate Do Association of Bengal and a coach himself, has been conducting online classes to keep children engaged during this Covid-19 pandemic time.
Sen has started online karate workshops with the new modern techniques, keeping in mind the physical fitness of an individual.
As the world is fighting the Coronavirus by staying at their home, online classes Karate are not only enhancing the physical fitness of an individual but also preparing them to face any kind of atrocious situations.
Karate also has a huge role in dealing with depression and anxiety as it develops the fighter spirit in a person. It increases mobility and flexibility thereby keeping a person fit.
Speaking on the workshop, Sen said, “Life is a simple choice of staying fit and putting on calories and regretting it later and I prefer to go with the prior one . I aim to inculcate the same thing among the students and hence I have started the online classes in this lockdown.”
