Ten students are getting some help paying for their studies from the Kitchener Sports Association.

Due to COVD-19, there was no scholarship banquet this year, so physically-distanced presentations were made in Waterloo Park on Sunday.

Each scholarship is for $1,500.

Since the program got its start, KSA has awarded $228,000 to close to 150 students.
