The Orange County District Attorney’s Office has dismissed all fees towards Rick and Morty co-creator and star Justin Roiland.
Kimberly Edds, spokeswoman for the district lawyer’s workplace, advised NPR the resolution was made “as a result of having insufficient evidence” to show the case past an affordable doubt.
