Who was Vladimir Nekrasov?

Vladimir Nekrasov held the position of Chairman of the board of directors at Lukoil. He assumed this role following the untimely passing of Ravil Maganov, who fell from a window at Moscow’s Central Clinical Hospital in September last year. At the time of Maganov’s passing, Nekrasov was serving as Lukoil’s vice president.

Throughout his career, Vladimir Nekrasov received numerous accolades and recognitions, including the Order of Merit for the Fatherland, 4th degree. He also received honors from former Russian president Dmitry Medvedev.
