14.1 lakh new most cancers instances, 9.1 lakh deaths in India: WHO

Cancers of lip, oral cavity and lung have been the commonest ones in males, accounting for 15.6 and eight.5 per cent of the brand new instances, respectively, whereas cancers of breast and cervix have been probably the most frequent ones in girls, making up near 27 and 18 per cent of the brand new instances, the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC), WHO’s most cancers company has estimated.
