ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. — Funds earmarked by St. Louis County for the redevelopment by youth sports activities advanced PowerPlex haven’t been utilized by the developer, and are nonetheless obtainable if the venture finds an alternate website, a county official mentioned.
