HYDERABAD: As a tribute to the Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi, the Academia Sports Village (ASV), located at the Hyderabad Polo and Riding Club (HPRC) at Aziz Nagar on the outskirts of the city, will be conducting a day-long tennis camp on October 2.
The camp will be conducted for all the age groups including for players from five years to 70 years. The camp will be held in two separate sessions – from 7am to 10am in the morning while the afternoon session will be held from 1pm-3pm.
All Covid-19 protocol guidelines will be strictly complied with and the playing surfaces duly sanitized before the commencement of the training, said Mohammed Shamsuddin, chief executive officer, ASV, said. The Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) issued by the Union government would be followed and including social distance would be maintained during the training, he added.
Registrations can be done online through www.sportsvillage.club. Each participant attending the camp will be given T-shirts, mask and certificates at the concluding ceremony.
Tollywood actor Ali will be the chief guest at the function and distribute participation certificates and felicitate the coaches and staff of HPRC.
