SRH vs RR- Prediction, Who Will Win The Match Between Sunrisers Hyderabad And Rajasthan Royals? IPL 2021 Match 40. Sunrisers Hyderabad and Rajasthan Royals will lock horns in their next encounter of IPL 2021. The match will take place on September 27 at Dubai International Cricket Stadium. Both the teams lost their previous encounters in the tournament.
In their previous game, Sunrisers Hyderabad lost to Punjab Kings by 5 runs in a nail-biting game. Batting first, Punjab Kings suffered a big blow when both of their in-form openers KL Rahul and Mayank Agarwal lost their wickets within 5 overs. Aiden Markram then piled up 27 runs for the team.
However, Punjab Kings’ run rate remained low throughout their batting. In the end, they managed to put up 125-7 on the scoreboard. SRH’s Jason Holder bowled brilliantly, picking 3 wickets for 19 runs in his 4 overs.
Later, Punjab Kings came out with impressive bowling. They dismissed crucial SRH batsmen like David Warner, Kane Williamson, and Manish Pandey cheaply. Opener Wriddhiman Saha held back his wicket. However, SRH struggled to score runs. In 12.6 overs, they were railing at 60-5.
Later, no.7 batsman Jason Holder and Wriddhiman Saha took the SRH innings further. Saha’s run-out was a big blow to SRH batting. Holder played some good shots and eventually scored 47 runs off 29 balls. However, SRH remained short of 6 runs for victory in the end and lost the game by 5 runs.
Talking about Rajasthan Royals, the team lost to Delhi Capitals in their previous game. In the match, DC batted first and scored 154-6 on the scoreboard. Prithvi Shaw (10) and Shikhar Dhawan (8) got out cheaply. However, Shreyas Iyer and Rishabh Pant played good knocks of 43 and 24 respectively. Later, Shimron Hetmyer also hit crucial 28 runs.
Rajasthan Royals remained far away from the target. While RR skipper Sanju Samson smacked an impressive knock of 70 off 53 balls, the rest of the batsmen could not support him. Due to RR’s slow start, the team reached 121-6 after the end of 20 overs and lost the match by 33 runs.
