As part of the partnership between the Institute of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Center for Adaptive Physical Culture of PetrSU and the regional branch of the Federation of Sports of the Blind, the first major event of a social project aimed at developing sports for the blind and promoting a healthy lifestyle was held, supported by the Presidential Grants Fund in 2021 – “Festival of Inclusive Sports Games” Karelia for Everyone – 2021 “.
The festival was held on the basis of the educational and health center “Urozero”.

The festival program included such events as a lecture “Socialization by methods of adaptive physical culture and tourism”, a practical lesson on orienteering, a master class on setting up a tent, an expert platform “Biosphere of adaptive sports”, a master class on GPS navigation and many others. types of outdoor activities.

The event was attended by 30 people. The volunteers of the festival were students of the direction of training “Physical culture for persons with disabilities in health (adaptive physical culture)”.
