Dream Sports is all set to hire 200 people across categories by the end of December next year (2022).- The sports technology company told Business Insider that they will be recruiting 160 people for their core team and rest 40 people for other domains like human resources (HR), legal, marketing and many more.

The sports technology company told Business Insider that they will be recruiting 160 people for their core team and rest 40 people for other domains like human resources (HR), legal, marketing and many more.
“We aim to hire over 200 more people in the coming months, with around 80% of them working in our core teams. The remaining 20% will be part of our other support functions like HR, finance, legal, marketing. We are not looking for any international hires at the moment,” said Kevin Freitas, chief human resources officer of Dream Sports during an interaction with Business Insider.
The Mumbai-based company doubled its headcount during the pandemic last year from 339 to 800 and aims to upscale its infrastructure and tech advancements.
Freitas further added, “Our team has more than doubled since January of 2020 during the course of the COVID-19 pandemic when our headcount was just 339. As a leading sports tech company, we aim to upscale our tech advancements and infrastructure, as the company and our user base of 130 million expands. Thus, our primary focus in hiring for the next couple of months is to rapidly scale up the teams our core productivity functions of technology, product and design.”
The company, started in 2008, had replaced Vivo as the title sponsor in the Indian Premier League (IPL).

Product Designer (Enterprise Tools)
Eligibility — Candidates must have at least one year of overall professional experience. A portfolio of work that showcases excellent practical design skills including layout, colour, and typography.
Key responsibilities — Being a hands-on user interface and visual designer for our toughest design challenges. Working alongside product, marketing, UX (user experience) designers, copywriters, and developers to come up with complete design solutions.

UX Designer
Eligibility — Applicants must have 2 plus years of relevant work experience. Experience designing for systems across desktop and mobile applications along with a portfolio of work.
Key responsibilities — Facilitating the Dream Sports’ product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences. Making data-driven design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.

Executive — Finance
Eligibility — At Least 2-4 years of experience in handling day to day accounting with strong understanding of accounting treatment and its impact on the financial statement.
Key responsibilities — Preparing daily, weekly, monthly and annual management information system (MIS). Working closely with inter-departmental teams for data preparation on a daily basis.

Manager — Talent Acquisition
Eligibility — Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruiting for mid to senior-level positions using different organic & inorganic channels. Experience working on niche information technology (IT)/non-IT positions.
Key responsibilities — Collaborating with head of the departments (HODs) and understanding different job functions and role requirements. Managing the recruitment process end-to-end from requirement gathering to day 1 on-boarding.

Assistant Vice President — Digital Marketing
Eligibility — Over 8 years of experience in Digital Marketing with multiple B2C (business-to-consumer) digital businesses and experience in senior leadership roles in more than two years.
Key responsibilities — Driving growth for all new portfolio brands which covers verticals like live streaming, sports fan merchandise, sports travel and experience, and many more. Also playing a key role in hiring and mentoring the digital marketing teams.

enior Manager — Content Strategy
Eligibility — At least 6 years of digital copywriting experience.
Key responsibilities — Building content around upcoming matches and gameplay to drive user engagement and top-of-mind.

Director — Data Engineering
Eligibility — Over 8 years of experience in dimensional modelling and large scale data warehouse implementations with deep expertise in building real-time and batch analytics ETL solutions using big data technologies.
Key responsibilities — Building and maintaining self-service data platforms. Reviewing existing implementations and proposing cost effective solutions.

Business Analyst
Eligibility — Expertise in deriving insights from large datasets across multiple sources and advanced problem solving skills.
Key responsibilities — Leading the structure and analysis of A/B tests and helping size opportunities to prioritise features. Working very closely with other teams of Dream11 for requirement gathering and analysis.
9.
Head — Corporate Sales
Eligibility — Overall minimum 10 years of experience in sales with last 4 years in a leadership level or minimum 6 years of experience working with corporate clients.
Key responsibilities — Planning, financial forecasting, budget setting, and strategic planning. Prepare forecasts and key performance indicator (KPI) reporting for the sales team.
10.
3D Artist
Eligibility — A minimum of 4 years of experience as a 3D Artist in the gaming industry with great understanding of the PBR pipeline.
Key responsibilities — Creating and integrating 3D assets into the game engine. Optimising assets to fit specific technical requirements.
