They have plenty to worry about, but some of the issues most likely to keep them up at night are keeping up with technology, the war for talent, and gathering and analyzing data.
On a day-to-day basis, they’re thinking about the growth and health of the legal ops function, how they are perceived by legal stakeholders, and whether they are adding the maximum value across departments, Jason Winmill, managing partner at the legal department consulting firm Argopoint, said.
