Chinese automaker BAIC will begin deliveries of its new Arcfox-branded Alpha S model in November, Chinese media reported Thursday, citing a representative of BAIC. The model is a high-performance version of the company’s flagship electric sedan co-developed with Huawei. Priced from RMB 388,900 ($60,820), about 50% more expensive than a Tesla Model 3, the vehicle is equipped with Huawei’s car software and hardware, including its operating system Harmony OS, self-driving sensor suite, and others.
