Last week, Episode 4 of Demon Slayer Season 2 got delayed, making fans wonder if this hiatus will affect the release of Entertainment District Arc. Well, here’s everything you need to know about it.
After a long wait, Season 2 of Demon Slayer is finally here to continue to journey of Tanjiro. But unfortunately, the first few episodes of the new season are nothing different from what we’ve seen in the Mugen Train movie.
Ufotable officially confirmed that the Mugen Train Arc would take up the first seven episodes of Season 2. So, we’ll have to wait until December to watch the beginning of the Entertainment District Arc. However, does the wait for the next story arc gets even longer after episode 4’s delay?

For the unacquainted, Demon Slayer Season 2 Episode 4, titled ‘Insult,’ was supposed to be released on Sunday, October 31st, 2021. However, the creators delayed it because of the Special broadcast of “Live Election Sunday,” in Japan. Now, the episode is set to release this Sunday, November 7th, 2021.
Is Entertainment District Arc Getting Delayed Too?
Initially, Ufotable confirmed that Demon Slayer’s Entertainment District Arc would begin with Episode 8 on December 5th. Well, the good news is that the last week’s delay won’t affect the above schedule, and Entertainment District Arc will begin on the planned date.
Fortunately, Ufotable announced the release date for Episode 8 after taking the previous episode’s delay into account. So, there’s reason to fret as the wait for Entertainment District Arc isn’t getting any longer.

Demon Slayer Season 2 Episode Count?
The first season of Demon Slayer had 26 episodes; however, the second season is going to be shorter. Apparently, several reports suggest that Season 2 will consist of 18 episodes, and if that’s true, Entertainment District Arc will only take up the last eleven episodes.
