Chef Pankaj Bhadouria shared an easy and quick recipe for making kalakand on her Instagram.

To prepare this recipe, all you need is some paneer, sugar, milk powder, elaichi powder, and a few more easily accessible ingredients. Raksha Bandhan Special: Kalakand Recipe: How To Make Kalakand

• To begin with the recipe, blend 250 grams of paneer and transfer it to the pan. Add 3/4 cups of sugar and sauté for 5 mins on medium flame.
• Add 1/2 cup milk powder and cook till the mixture sticks together. Add cardamom powder and mix it well with the mixture.
• Once done, grease a plate and transfer the cooked mixture onto the tray.
• Flatten the kalakand, sprinkle some pistachios and rose petals on the top.
