Crispy Masala Puri Recipe: How To Make Crispy Masala Puri
Start by adding besan, maida, sooji, haldi, ginger-green chilli paste, jeera powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, chilli flakes, garam masala, ajwain, hing and coriander leaves. These spices shall give a masaledaar flavour to the puri. Pour some oil and warm water and knead a semi-soft dough. Divide the dough into tiny balls and roll them. Deep fry the rolled dough till they turn crispy and fluffy. The crispy masala puri is ready!
Palak Puri Recipe: How To Make Palak Puri
Grind blanched spinach, coriander leaves, garlic, ginger, green chillies, garam masala, jeera, hing, coriander powder and sauce. In a mixing bowl, pour the spinach paste and combine it with atta, besan, sooji, ajwain, and ghee till the dough is ready. Divide the dough into tiny balls and roll them. Deep fry the rolled dough till they turn crispy and fluffy. The palak puri is ready!
Aloo Masala Puri Recipe: How To Make Aloo Masala Puri
Boil potatoes and cut them. Grind a paste of green chillies, ginger, jeera and water. Add the boiled potatoes to the paste and grind again. Knead aloo paste, atta, besan, haldi, red chilli powder, and chopped coriander into a stiff dough. Divide the dough into tiny balls and roll them. Deep fry the rolled dough till they turn crispy and fluffy. The aloo masala puri is ready!
