Israeli Prime Minister Yair Lapid on Thursday congratulated former premier Benjamin Netanyahu on his election win, a Lapid spokesperson stated.

Lapid known as Netanyahu, wished him luck as his successor, and stated he would guarantee there can be an orderly switch of energy, the spokesperson stated.
