While the company hasn’t mentioned the names of the handsets that will be part of the Vivo X50 series in India, it is is expected to launch two handsets — Vivo X50 and Vivo X50 Pro. To recall, the Vivo X50 series was launched in China, company’s home country, just last month. However, in China, the company launched three handsets — Vivo X50, X50 Pro and X50 Pro+.
In China, the base variant of the Vivo X50 that offers 8GB + 128GB storage costs CNY 3,498 (approximately Rs 37,600) and the 8GB + 256GB model is priced at CNY 3,898 (approximately Rs 41,900). As for the Vivo X50 Pro, it was launched at a starting price of CNY 4,298 (approximately Rs 46,200) for the 8GB + 128GB model and CNY 4,698 (approximately Rs 50,000) for the 8GB + 256GB storage variant.
Vivo X50 and Vivo X50 Pro China models specs
Both the Vivo X50 and X50 Pro share most of the specs. They house a 6.56-inch fullHD+ (2376×1080 pixels) display with 90Hz refresh rate. Powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G processor, the duo run on Android 10 operating system based Funtouch OS 10.5. Both offer 33W fast-charging support and house a 32MP front facing camera with f/2.4 aperture.
The two smartphones differ in terms of rear camera setup and battery. While the Vivo X50 houses a quad camera setup of 48MP+ 13MP+8MP+5MP. As for the Vivo X50 Pro, the handset houses a 48MP+8MP+8MP +13MP. The Vivo X50 comes backed by a 4,200mAh battery, whereas the Pro variant of the handset houses a 4,315mAh battery.
