The Israeli embassy in India on Monday joined the nation’s diplomatic missions world wide in taking part in a strike towards Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s plan to overtake the judiciary.

In a press release, the embassy mentioned a choice that every one authorities staff, together with diplomatic workers, shall go on strike have been taken.

“The Histadrut, Israel’s largest labour union, instructed all government employees to go on strike, including Israel’s diplomatic missions around the world. The embassy of Israel will be closed today until further notice and no consular services will be provided,” it mentioned.
