The World Health Organisation (WHO) stated on Tuesday it had recorded 1,004 assaults on healthcare in Ukraine during the Russian invasion, the best quantity recorded by the organisation in any battle.

“The 1,004 WHO-verified attacks over the past 15 months of full-scale war have claimed at least 101 lives, including both health workers and patients, and injured many more,” it stated in an emailed assertion.
Russia despatched tens of hundreds of troops into Ukraine over 15 months in the past, beginning the biggest struggle in Europe since World War Two. Hostilities have killed hundreds of civilians and displaced thousands and thousands, in accordance with UN figures.
The WHO stated it recorded 896 assaults on well being services, 121 on transport, 72 on personnel and 17 on warehouses in Ukraine in the course of the struggle.
