NEW DELHI: In a setback for the Indian Olympic Association (IOA), the Hangzhou Asian Games Organising Committee (HAGOC) has declined the IOA’s plea for an additional extension of the deadline to submit the names of the Indian wrestling workforce for the upcoming continental multi-sporting occasion.
