The Tate brothers are suing a girl who accused them of human trafficking, saying her “false” allegations led to their arrest in Romania.
Controversial influencer Andrew Tate is suing a Florida lady, saying she lied when she accused him of human trafficking.
Tate, who has been charged in Romania with human trafficking, rape and forming an organised crime group, claims the girl’s false accusations led to his arrest.
Tate’s brother Tristan additionally faces human trafficking and organised crime costs, alongside a cost of inciting others to violence.
The brothers are looking for no less than $5m (£3.8m) of their lawsuit, which was filed on Tuesday in opposition to the girl, her mother and father, one other lady who lived on the Tates’ property and a male good friend of the girl.
The Tates say the 5 conspired to falsely accuse them of human trafficking and rape, costing them their freedom and hundreds of thousands of {dollars} in revenue from their profitable social media, podcasting and enterprise ventures.
They have been first arrested at a property in Bucharest in December final yr and held in custody till March, after they have been launched beneath home arrest.

“At no point did the Tate brothers engage in human trafficking,” the lawsuit says.
The legal professionals say the girl “is a serial liar, manipulator and schemer who exploits vulnerable, often wealthy men with good intentions for sexual, financial and emotional profit”.
Romanian investigators have stated the ladies residing on the Tates’ Bucharest property have been allegedly managed by “intimidation, constant surveillance” and claims they have been in debt.
The lawsuit says the ladies residing on the Tates’ property have been free to return and go as they happy, and claims Tristan Tate solely paid for the Florida lady’s flight to Romania “in the spirit of fun and adventure” after discussing her modelling plans.

The brothers allege she conspired with a British lady on the property to defraud them of $200,000 (£152,000) by falsely claiming they wanted it for “something important” and went to the US embassy with trafficking claims when that plan failed.
That led Romanian officers to raid the house the place she was staying, starting the investigation into the Tates, the lawsuit says.
