India is delaying the implementation of its import limitations on laptops, tablets and servers by three months, a day after the surprising regulation left digital trade giants in a state of disruption and uncertainty. In a notification printed late Friday, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry mentioned the implementation of the brand new import rule gained’t go into impact until October 31.
