As the world’s consideration turns to the Israel-Hamas conflict, Russia is ramping up its offensive in Ukraine.

President Vladimir Putin is seizing the chance of much less consideration, whereas Kyiv fears the West will cease offering assist because the conflict slips down the information agenda.
