Following a criticism by a Thane crime department official, the Naupada police right here on Friday registered the FIR towards Sanjay Singh, Amol Andale @ Aman, Kedar @ Sameer Dighe, Jitendra Pandey and one other unidentified individual beneath Indian Penal Code sections 420 (dishonest), 409 (prison breach of belief), 467, 468 (forgery), 120B (prison conspiracy) and 34 (widespread intention) and provisions of the Information Technology Act.
