A Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) of the Indian Army was kidnapped from his residence in Manipur’s Thoubal district on Friday, PTI reported, citing officers.
The JCO, recognized as Konsam Kheda Singh, was on go away when some folks barged into his residence in Charangpat Mamang Leikai village at round 9 am and took him in a car.
