Air India has appointed Jayaraj Shanmugam as the top of its international airport operations.
He will take cost on April 15 and can report back to chief operations officer Captain Klaus Goersch, the Tata Group airline stated in a launch on Monday.
Mr Shanmugam was the chief working officer on the Bangalore International Airport Ltd (BIAL) and led the operationalisation of the brand new terminal 2. Among others, he additionally had stints at Singapore Airlines, Qatar Airways and Jet Airways.
