Chocobar ice cream offers the twin flavours of plain milk ice cream and chocolate ice cream rolled into one. The crispy chocolate crust enclosing creamy vanilla ice cream is something we all relish. Here’s an easy way to make the ice cream at home without chocolate, without cocoa powder and without cream.  

The ice cream recipe video is posted on YouTube channel ‘Cooking With Reshu’. Mix corn flour with milk powder and lukewarm milk. Make sure no lumps are formed. Boil some milk, add sugar to it till it dissolves, and add the corn flour mixture to it. When the milk thickens and turns creamy, switch off the gas and let it cool down. Add vanilla essence (you can add any other flavour of your choice). Fill ice cream moulds with the batter and freeze till the ice cream is set. 

To make chocolate crust, simply mix unsalted butter and drinking chocolate powder. Dip the ice creams in the chocolate mixture till coated well. At this point, you can coat the ice cream with dry fruits. Refrigerate the ice cream again for the chocolate layer to set properly. Enjoy the delicious, icy cold chocobar ice cream with your family.
