(Lincoln) — Lincoln Southeast sophomore Max Buettenback has announced a commitment to play baseball at Nebraska.

The 6-foot-1, 185-pound prospect is the third member of the 2023 recruiting class, joining Beatrice’s Tucker Timmerman and Texas prep Travis Sykora.

Buettenback hit .500 with a .616 on-base percentage and a .741 slugging percentage this summer for Nebraska Prospects 2023.
