COLUMBIANA — Columbiana’s boys soccer team was a 3-2 winner over Salem on Thursday.
For the Clippers, Collin Schick had two goals and an assist. Drake Daugherty added a goal and an assist. Nate Burnell had 11 saves in goal.
Jacob McLachlan and Alex Croxall had goals for the Quakers. McLachlan also had an assist. Caiden Hart had five saves for the Quakers.
Salem hosts Beaver Local on Monday night.
Crestview 3, Lordstown 2
LORDSTOWN — Crestview’s girls soccer team turned in a 3-2 win over Lordstown on Thursday.
Maci Shaffer had two goals and an assist for the Rebels. Rylee Shaffer added a goal. Kamden Miller had an assist as well.
Alexa Huff had eight saves in goal. Crestview hosts LaBrae on Saturday.
Beaver 1, Weir 1
WEIRTON, W.Va. — Beaver Local’s girls soccer team drew with Weir 1-1 on Thursday.
Beaver Local is 2-3-1.
Karlee Cannon had the Beaver goal on an assist from Jordan Palmer. Hailey Russell had seven saves.
Beaver hosts Steubenville on Saturday.
Beaver won the jayvee game 2-0. Alania Wright and Michelle Stoneburner scored for the Beavers.
Indian Creek 2, East Liverpool 1
EAST LIVERPOOL — East Liverpool’s boys soccer team fell behind on an own goal in the first half and Indian Creek’s Carson Copeland tallied in the second half to help Creek to a 2-1 win on Thursday.
East Liverpool got a goal from Jake Myers on a penalty kick.
Cole Dailey had six saves in goal for the Potters.
The Potters are 1-2-1 and host Carrollton on Saturday.
Crestview 5, Jackson-Milton 0
COLUMBIANA — The Crestview boys upped their record to 6-0 by downing Jackson-Milton, 5-0, at the Zach Garwood Soccer Complex on Thursday.
Colt Crane scored two goals to lead the Rebels. Ryan Emch and Nick Novak each had one goal and two assists, while Matt DeNiro also scored a game.
Keeper Sean Helpy recorded his fourth shutout for the Rebels.
Jackson-Milton keepers keepers Austin Stanke and Sam Conn recorded two and seven saves, respectively.
Crestview host Labrae at 10 a.m. Saturday for girls/boys doubleheader .

EAST LIVERPOOL — East Liverpool’s tennis team mastered West Branch 4-1 on Thursday at Thompson Park.
West Branch fell to 7-2 and is at Marlington on Tuesday.
