This characteristic appears to be like a bit like a bear’s face. What is it actually? There’s a hill with a V-shaped collapse construction (the nostril), two craters (the eyes), and a round fracture sample (the top). The round fracture sample is perhaps because of the settling of a deposit over a buried influence crater. Maybe the nostril is a volcanic or mud vent and the deposit may very well be lava or mud flows? Maybe simply grin and bear it.
