CORTLANDT, NY — The Cortlandt Town Board will maintain an everyday assembly that can embody an settlement with the state and the village of Buchanan for the Indian Point Settlement Fund.
The session will start at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Cortlandt Town Hall.
The agenda, which could be considered in its entirety here, consists of two public hearings on senior tax exemption limits and the evaluation grievance process.
