CES Power pronounces that it has acquired Roundrock Technology (“Roundrock”), a supplier of scalable IT companies to the leisure business. CES Power is backed by industrial-focused personal fairness agency Allied Industrial Partners (“Allied”). Terms of the transaction weren’t disclosed.

Based in Raleigh, NC, Roundrock is a multi-faceted IT companies supplier providing design, set up, software program growth and logistics administration for main music festivals, sporting occasions, and company gatherings. They have been based 20 years in the past as TOURtech. Roundrock’s co-founders, CEO Allen Cook and COO Shannon Cook, will stay with the Company.

With the acquisition, Roundrock will grow to be part of CES Technologies, CES Power’s specialised know-how division.
