CES Power pronounces that it has acquired Roundrock Technology (“Roundrock”), a supplier of scalable IT companies to the leisure business. CES Power is backed by industrial-focused personal fairness agency Allied Industrial Partners (“Allied”). Terms of the transaction weren’t disclosed.
