Reports state that the judge asked only those appearing in matters between 45-70 to remain in court. Aryan Khan’s bail application was listed as no: 57.
Owing to the media frenzy surrounding the case, the courtroom was reportedly “packed” for the hearing. Citing that COVID-19 protocols were not being followed, a court staff asked everyone to clear out the room saying, “Otherwise court will not assemble.”

The Police waiting at hand also reportedly stepped in and helped maintain order while members of the press and legal counsel left the room and reassembled after showing their identity cards.
Justice Sambre also reportedly asked the court staff to get the involvement of Bar Association office bearers to disperse the crowd outside the courtroom. It was reported that a few fans had assembled outside the court to demand the release of Aryan Khan.
In the latest on the bail plea, the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on Tuesday filed its reply and strongly opposed Aryan’s bail alleging that Shah Rukh Khan‘s manager “influenced” the Panch-Witness Prabhakar Sail.
However, in his reply, Aryan said he had no links with the goings-on outside pertaining to allegations and counter-allegations between the NCB and a political leader.
The NCB also claimed that Khan’s international links show that he is not a mere consumer as claimed, but that prima facie point towards “illegal drug procurements.”
Aryan has sought bails on grounds of merits uninfluenced by the developments in the case raging outside.
