Jamshedpur: Outgoing East Singhbhum district sports officer Manmohan Prasad on Thursday felicitated former international athlete Satpal, international athlete SK Tomar, former international athlete cum senior technical officer Narayan Chandra Dev, international footballer and coach cum sports officer GB Singh, winner of President Award and retired sports teacher Ramswarup Yadav, sports and scouts teacher W Rehman, technical officer Shrawan Kumar, East Singhbhum District Kabaddi Association’s secretary Chandrasekhar Rao with letter of appreciation for their special contribution to sports.
