LAS VEGAS, Aug. 3, 2020 /CNW/ – Australis Capital Inc. (CSE: AUSA) (OTC: AUSAF) (“AUSA” or the “Company”) announces that it has been informed by Passport Technology, Inc. (“Passport”) that Passport has terminated the pending acquisition agreement previously announced by AUSA on June 25, 2020. The terms of the acquisition agreement require Passport to pay a break fee and the Company’s demonstrated expenses.
