President Biden informed Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to not proceed together with his deliberate operation in Rafah until there is a plan to evacuate greater than 1 million civilians there.

President Biden pushed again on a deliberate navy operation within the southern Gaza metropolis of Rafah in a name with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, telling the Israeli chief that “a military operation in Rafah should not proceed without a credible and executable plan for ensuring the safety of and support for the more than one million people sheltering there.”
