NEW DELHI: Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar on Sunday responded to RJD supremo Lalu Prasad‘s “doors are always open” comment, saying he maintains good ties with each his allies in addition to opponents.
“I maintain good relations with allies and leaders of opposition parties. I shake hands with them whenever I meet them. That’s all”, Nitish mentioned when requested in regards to the comment by Lalu, with whom he was seen warmly shaking palms and exchanging pleasantries contained in the meeting premises on Thursday.
Earlier this week, Lalu had mentioned that doorways had been at all times open for Nitish Kumar, days after the Bihar chief minister walked out of Mahagathbandhan and joined BJP-led NDA.
